SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Trails End Mobile Home and RV Park Tenant Notifications.

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Trails End Mobile Home and RV Park at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include payment reminders, receipts, rental and reservation updates, maintenance and service notices, park announcements, and responses to your inquiries.

  • How to opt in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, by agreeing to text messages in your rental agreement, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting or purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
  • How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will start sending messages to you again.

  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
